Design details
The Nyx Papilionis hat is a sculptural piece in black organza, forming an immense, airy bow that unfurls on either side of the face. Its lightness creates the illusion of a night butterfly’s wings, floating around the head like a celestial veil.
The subtle transparency of the fabric plays with the light, revealing a contrast between shadow and radiance. Worn with a black dress, it heightens a mysterious, iconic silhouette, recalling screen heroines and the muses of eternal nights.

Delivery and returns
In France, standard delivery costs €8.80 and is free from a cart total of €250, including books towards this threshold. Printed books retain a €3 shipping charge per order. International charges are shown at checkout.
In-stock items: preparation within 3 to 5 working days. Standard made-to-order creations: production and preparation within 7 to 10 working days before dispatch, excluding transit. Bespoke and semi-bespoke creations: lead time confirmed by the atelier before ordering.
For eligible items: notify us of withdrawal within 15 calendar days starting on the day after receipt, then send the return within 14 days. The story behind the name
Nyx personifies night in Greek mythology; “papilionis” is a form of the Latin word for butterfly. The hat’s large black organza bow unfolds like wings. For the Maison, this visible connection becomes a metaphor for transformation without losing one’s identity.
