Returns: 15 days to notify us
For eligible online purchases, you have 15 calendar days from the day after receipt to notify us of your withdrawal, without giving a reason. This commercial period extends the statutory 14-day period without limiting your rights. For an order delivered in separate shipments, the period starts on receipt of the last item. If the last day is a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the deadline extends to the next working day.
Send a clear statement to contact@hindkroussa.com or by post to LA MAISON HIND KROUSSA PARIS, 1 rue Treilhard, 75008 Paris, France, with your name and, where possible, your order number. No prior approval is required.
Return conditions and costs
Send the items back within 14 calendar days after notifying us, to: LA MAISON HIND KROUSSA PARIS — Service retours, 1 rue Treilhard, 75008 Paris, France. Protect the pieces in sturdy packaging, include accessories and, where possible, the original labels and packaging. Keep proof of dispatch.
You may try an item as you would in a shop. It should not be used or washed beyond the handling needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be liable for a loss in value caused by excessive handling; this does not automatically remove your right of withdrawal. You pay direct return shipping costs, except where we made an error or a statutory guarantee applies.
Personalised creations: excluded from change-of-mind returns
Products made to your specifications or already clearly personalised for you, including bespoke creations or pieces adapted to your measurements, cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded because you have changed your mind. This exclusion from the right of withdrawal is disclosed before purchase, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Manufacture after ordering, zero or negative stock, or choosing a standard size or colour does not by itself constitute personalisation. Statutory conformity and hidden-defect guarantees continue to apply, including to personalised creations. This exclusion does not remove the remedies available for a defect, error or lack of conformity.
Other exclusions
- Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery, where the legal conditions for this exception are met.
- Digital content supplied without a physical medium, including the e-book, where supply has started with your express consent and acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal, subject to the applicable legal conditions.
Refunds
Amounts due, including standard delivery costs for an order returned in full, are refunded within 14 days after your notification. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery option chosen by you are not refunded. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method at no cost. Store credit is not imposed.
Size or colour exchange
For eligible, non-personalised items, you may request one size or colour exchange within 15 days of receipt, subject to availability. Contact us with the item and your preferred option. You pay return shipping; delivery of the replacement item is free. This option does not limit your right of withdrawal.
