Delivery and returns

In France, standard delivery costs €8.80 and is free from a cart total of €250, including books towards this threshold. Printed books retain a €3 shipping charge per order. International charges are shown at checkout.

In-stock items: preparation within 3 to 5 working days, followed by estimated transit of 1 to 5 working days within mainland France. An out-of-stock creation that remains available to buy can still be ordered: production may take up to three weeks, in addition to preparation and transit.

For eligible items: notify us of withdrawal within 15 calendar days starting on the day after receipt, then send the return within 14 days. Personalised creations cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for a change of mind. Statutory guarantees remain applicable. See our returns policy for detailed conditions.
