The story behind the name
Mérytamon, also written Meritamen or Merytamon, is an ancient Egyptian name meaning “beloved of Amun”. It was notably borne by a daughter of Ramesses II and Nefertari.
In this jewellery line, the name connects women’s memory with present-day expression. The Maison associates it with care for one’s own presence: choosing a piece, recognising what it evokes and giving it a place in a personal story.
