Delivery and returns
In France, standard delivery costs €8.80 and is free from a cart total of €250, including books towards this threshold. Printed books retain a €3 shipping charge per order. International charges are shown at checkout.
In-stock items: preparation within 3 to 5 working days. Standard made-to-order creations: production and preparation within 7 to 10 working days before dispatch, excluding transit. Bespoke and semi-bespoke creations: lead time confirmed by the atelier before ordering.
For eligible items: notify us of withdrawal within 15 calendar days starting on the day after receipt, then send the return within 14 days. Personalised creations cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for a change of mind. Statutory guarantees remain applicable. See our returns policy for detailed conditions.

The story behind the name
Isis is a major goddess of ancient Egypt, associated with protection and magic. Her name, passed down notably through Greek, travelled across Mediterranean cultures.
The Maison reads this reference as an image of attentive strength: the ability to bring together, support and persevere. The jewellery expresses this idea personally. Here, Isis connects an ancient symbolic heritage with a contemporary femininity combining sensitivity and determination.
