Founding a fashion house is not merely a dream; it is a calling that demands mastery of the art of patience.
My name is Hind Kroussa. Behind the brand that bears my name lies more than a project: it is the fulfilment of a childhood dream. Today, I combine my career as a retail director in the luxury sector with building my own fashion house, step by step. Every hour devoted to it before and after my working day is another stone added to the edifice.

My Philosophy: Mastering Time
Time is our most precious asset. I have learnt that it is impossible to do everything, but that it is vital to choose what truly matters. To stop feeling scattered, I took a productivity course that transformed my daily life:
- Making the most of every hour to eliminate procrastination.
- Setting clear priorities to get straight to the point.
- Protecting myself from social and digital distractions.
My schedule today is a meticulous choreography. I rise earlier to work on my sketches and strategy. The day is devoted to my salaried responsibilities, while I delegate urgent tasks to my business partner. In the evening, each piece comes to life thanks to my freelance couturier in Paris, shaping the brand’s made-to-measure future.
A Discipline Fuelled by Passion
This pace is demanding, but deeply rewarding. I preserve my energy by going to the gym three times a week and keeping one precious evening for my loved ones. I do not put excessive pressure on myself: I know this dream is coming true, carried by unwavering determination.
The Future of Hind Kroussa Paris
I am currently finalising a new collection that will be unveiled at the beginning of 2026. This launch will mark a decisive milestone. Follow the adventure, for this is only the beginning of a long journey. One thing is certain: I will not give up.
